I have a 25-year career working with global brands across a wide variety of industries — consumer electronics, software, food and beverage, hospitality, fashion, beauty, health and wellness, outdoor gear and apparel, and entertainment.

Belkin
2012 - present
For the past 9 years, I have been working in-house at Belkin International, developing marketing assets for global product launches and corporate communications for the Belkin, Linksys, and Wemo brands. I take pride in the process improvements and relationship-building that I have influenced within the creative team and between cross-functional departments to ensure cohesion and effective storytelling across consumer touchpoints.

Mally Beauty
2008 - 2012
One of my favorite clients has been Mally Roncal. She is an inspirational Filipina-American entrepreneur, positivity preacher and celebrity makeup artist to Beyoncé and countless stars.
I oversaw and coordinated the complete overhaul of both the front-end design and back-end functionality of Mally Beauty's second-generation website with a team of less than 5 people in under 7 months. The site relaunched with 400+ pages of content, 70 beauty products, and 189 SKU’s. Working with Mally was such a joy that I eventually joined the Mally Beauty team to produce, direct, and edit 100+ blog videos and assist with weekly updates to the site content.

AOL
2005 - 2006
I created a variety of animations and promotional materials for AOL and various sub-brands. Leveraging existing designs and assets, I generated a plethora of ad banners, including animations which were broadcast on the Reuters building in Times Square, New York City.
I also illustrated concepts for a guerrilla marketing flyposting campaign to promote AIM Talk along with concepts for internal team t-shirts for various AOL Radio stations.
The North Face
1998 - 2002
My former design studio, Akimbo Design, in collaboration with Fort Point Partners, launched the first 2 websites for The North Face. My business partner and co-founder, Ben Rigby, and I enjoyed a 4-year partnership with this iconic outdoor brand, helping them expand their online presence and bring their product stories to life.
I immersed myself in all aspects of the product portfolio and company history. Beyond meeting with merchandising managers, product development designers and pro athletes, I used and tested many of The North Face products to gain firsthand knowledge of an end user's needs, pain points and overall journey while interacting with the brand.

W Hotels
2006 - 2007
As an Art Director for the NYC agency, RDA International, I worked on several online campaigns for the W Hotels to advertise special events, sales promotions and specific properties.
My illustration skills also came in handy in developing storyboards and launch campaign concepts for their spin-off property Aloft Hotels.
